Created during a 6 week sabbatical in sunny Florida in 2023, a special collection of work would be hard to create during the cloudy and cold weather in Toronto Canada, when all you want is sunshine and spring flowers. It comes from a different mood, environment and from a relaxed and joyful state of mind.
Intended to convey a feeling of warmth, sunshine and happiness, whimsy, optimism, fun, adventure, boldness, transition and confidence. Acrylic, spray paint and mixed media on chunky museum depth canvas with satin varnish. Sides are finished with the painting carrying over.
